Remedial Massage and Dry Needling
Remedial Massage and Dry Needling

Remedial Massage

Is a treatment focused on addressing the cause of your soft tissue pain and tension to improve your bodies alignment and biomechanics.

Many people feel the treatment is both therapeutic and relaxing.

Remedial Massage uses a variety of massage techniques. Each massage and session is unique. We create an individual treatment plan for you, depending on your needs at the time and which techniques your body responds to.

Dry Needling

Dry Needling uses small needles (the same as accupuncture needles) to insert into trigger points in the muscle to relax the muscle. The treatment is less painful than treating the muscle directly with deep tissue or trigger point massage.

This is optional and if you are not comforatable with needles we will not use them as part of your treatment.
